The Ferienhaus Kleinarl is located at the very south end of Kleinarl. The address
says it all: „Sonnweg“ (means „sunny lane“). Enjoy the sunny and quiet views from the garden. Nature
is only a couple of meters away: deep forests, tender slopes, and ascending fields.
The bus-station for the ski bus is only 100m away. The bus goes every 20 minutes. You can easily access
the ski resorts Kleinarl-Flachauwiwnkl/Zauchensee (base station only 900m away), and
Wagrain-Flachau-St. Johann Alpendorf (base station appr. 6km away).
The cross-country track and winterly hiking trails are passing by the house.
To reach the Ferienhaus Kleinarl take the motorway A10 Tauernautobahn and take exit „Flachau“.
Follow the directions to Wagrain and Kleinarl. After a ten minute drive you enter Wagrain. In the
center of Wagrain turn left into the Kleinarl-valley. After another ten minutes you enter Kleinarl.
Follow the road until the end of Kleinarl. Right at the end of the village you find Sonnweg 6 at the right side.
